This section of the site is dedicated to publishing articles about Kyokushin Karate and other related subjects. Our aim is to provide a resource for karateka to learn about the history of Kyokushin Karate and the BKK association, training methods, dojo etiquette and other related subjects.

We will be republishing some of the great articles the BKK magazine has done such a great job in producing over the past years, as well as bringing you new articles from various people within the BKK association.

The first article we bring you was written by Trev Gorard all the way back in October 1995, in issue 51 of the BKK Kyokushin Kai Magazine. The article is a personal insight into what training at Bethnal Green was like during the mid 90's.
